“Product was okay for the for the price. Installation instructions are poor and poly cord is no where as strong as the original. It looks good but I am worried that it will pull out if wind hits it as the second channel did not have a pre-made pocket for the poly cord and it is just pressed in. We will see in a month when I go camping if it holds.”

“Just got my replacement memory board and it was exactly what I needed. I don't understand why the fuse holder melts before it blows the fuse. It seems like I need to replace the board about every year when it fails because I can't get the fuse loose and the contacts are melted to where there is no more contact. Can you give me some advice? Scott”

“Having the 1500 model for less than two years it was a ahock when the motor started failing. When inspected the plastic gear was all worn. Looking at the design it seems the developers overlooked the simple fact that plastic and metal gears do not mix.”
