“weak link Is the limit switches they fail regularly. Need reengineering to remove these and have the control board set open and close limitsSimilar to the technology mighty Mule uses.”

“I order the grille Gazabo and received a confirmation that my order was shipped and received tracking number. One day prior to arrival date I receive a email telling me product was out of stock for 6 to 8 weeks. Very poor customer service. I clearly do not understand why the order was confirmed and than cancelled. I now have to get a refund.”

“The inner sleeve for awning tube was incorrect I had to cut it up to make it fit pain in the butt. Instruction manual was not very helpful hard to understand first time user of this product I do this for a living RV.”

“Directions do not help the poles do not stay together. If you put one side together the other side comes apart. It would take at least 5 to 6 people to put up this gazebo. I will be returning it. The company was prompt on giving a return authorization number when I called. So even though my husband and I couldn't put up the gazebo, at least the customer service was good.”

“So far, we have not received our product, so have no way to review. My credit card was billed immediately and the gate we want is on backorder for 4-6 weeks. When I questioned why I was billed prior to the gate being available, I was told it was the 'policy' and I would need to cancel my order if I did not want my credit card billed. I have no problem paying for something if I am going to receive it in a timely manner, but with a purchase of this size it feels unreasonable to be billed and for the vendor to be paid 6 weeks prior to being able to even ship my purchase. I am hoping that the quality of the product will be satisfactory. So far the customer service is not.”

“I looked you up on the Internet and I was pleased when I see him I called and placed an order for five items. Your company sent three and then two days later send one more item but after all of that you were still short one item. After opening the boxes my 8 x 8 on he was missing the bolts to attach the awning to the trailer so I had to go to Home Depot and get the The bolts and screws that were missing. Then moving onto my 13 x 8 awning after I open the box it was the wrong morning. I ordered a 13 x 8 owning complete motorized and received a 13 x 8 manual. So after a lot of confusion with your sale stuff They finally decided to ship the proper awning and ship the missing replacement fabric for a 15 x 8 Awning . The sad part here is I took three days off to install these two awnings and to replace a 15 x 8 fabric now I’ve wasted my time. You need to check with your quality control he needs to learn to do his job and to check the boxes to make sure the customer is getting what he purchased not what is written on the box he also needs to make sure that he ships all the items That were bought and paid for by the customer. At this time I will not recommend anyone to buy from your company, I have been treated very poorly thank you Ron Koch”

“Only order a fabric sample. Colors are nice. Hard to say how the material will hold up but for the price, I will give it a shot.”

Thank you for your feedback! From our experience with customer feedback, we can say that lighter colors hold very well under UV light. We have almost never received complaints about the Sand or Multicolor Green fabrics. Blue holds up pretty well, too. Burgundy will fade the fastest, but at this very moment, we are introducing new fabric that should improve the results.
