“Your people who answer the phone only care about telling me something to get me off the phone when you have a order that should have shipped and then when the product comes in late and not all there, you don't believe the customer, that its missing parts and have to photograph everything to prove that it missing parts, I will never recommend any of your products to anybody and steer them clear of your company. It's also very poor customer satisfaction to wait over 3 months to give a survey (do you think customers will forget a very bad experience).”

“what I ordered was never shipped and dozens of phone calls you never called back had to file with credit card company for a refund on items that I still have to by somewhere other than aleco you held up my project waiting for parts that you had no intention of sending will never order from you again you lost a lot sales I had only ordered about half of what I was going to”

“I purchased an electric gate opener from ALEKO, which was delivered in a very timely manner. Additional chains arrived in good order as well. The control panel failed due to a manufactures flaw in the cover and burned out. ALEKO responded very well and send a new control panel promptly. I am very satisfied with how friendly and professional the customer service is. Will purchase again!”
