“Shaft Wobbles more than a Quarter inch off center . + or - 0.010 inches would be Acceptable , anything more that 0.010 inches is BAD Workmanship . The blades do not fit in all the holes , had to file out two lower holes & three upper holes to make the blades fit . The Upper flange center hole was 0.003 inches to small to fit on the shaft . The plates on the Pedestal are not welded square & one is bent . This WGV45W/12V looks like a $20.00 cheap made in China piece of Junk . But it does work , & looks like crap , not straight & wobbles in the wind .”

“I was given bad information about your sliding gate opener by the technical assistance team and when it became evident that there was no easy solution to the problem that the misinformation created, the managers (Tetyana & Sam) refused to answer my Emails or give me any further assistance. They abandoned me to solve the problem on my own. I would definitely not do business with Aleko again nor would I recommend them to anyone else.”

“I bought a gate closing system that has not worked too bad control board second control board I had to call twice just to get it to be shipped back. Purchased second complete tool gate system just to try to make gate openers work I received used gate openers not in working order one of them broken. After two months I still have yet to get the gate opener to work.”
