“I have been experiencing horrible customer service. I have called 4 plus times and have been told I would get a call back and no one has ever called me back or responded to my emails. “Your people who answer the phone only care about telling me something to get me off the phone when you have a order that should have shipped and then when the product comes in late and not all there, you don't believe the customer, that its missing parts and have to photograph everything to prove that it missing parts, I will never recommend any of your products to anybody and steer them clear of your company. It's also very poor customer satisfaction to wait over 3 months to give a survey (do you think customers will forget a very bad experience).”
