“well we like our Estate gate that we personally installed.......but most important on the components of it that had defects that were not working for us......when I went to get them replaced...there was no problem getting a exchange”

“To start they did not make me happy, but when I was able to get to talk to some one than things started to turn around. They were very helpful in getting the right part to correct most of my problems and with suggestions what to change and other areas to look for correcting problems. My only suggestion is to make techs easier to contact via the the internet and phone.”

“It's been 2 years and I finally got this review request. Horrible product does not come with all its pieces and is listed online as being complete. If you call customer service some person who barely speaks English will answer and they will not be able to assist you whatsoever. Do yourself a favor go with a mighty mule or similar product this company is garbage.”
