“I call to see if they can find out if the gate opener have a car sensor and he told me to look at their website. He didn't bothers to look it up for me. Do I email them 3 time and get no response back at all. Not going to buy aleko product again.”

“well we like our Estate gate that we personally installed.......but most important on the components of it that had defects that were not working for us......when I went to get them replaced...there was no problem getting a exchange”

“To start they did not make me happy, but when I was able to get to talk to some one than things started to turn around. They were very helpful in getting the right part to correct most of my problems and with suggestions what to change and other areas to look for correcting problems. My only suggestion is to make techs easier to contact via the the internet and phone.”
