“Last year the controller on my 700w wind generator burnt out. I purchased a new one which only lasted three weeks. The wind at the time of each of the controllers burning out was not great perhaps about 25km per hour. I would not purchase another of your controllers.”

“My new gate operator was easy to install and works very well. White lithium grease makes the operator stop squeaking and helps it to run smoothly. I live in a very dusty area so the white lithium is the bomb! and so is the operator. The staff was very nice about resolving a previous issue and helping me to facilitate the purchase of the operator.”

“I purchased a solar panel, then contacted sales about mounting hardware. They let me know which mount and explained how to order. I received it, it's too small for the panel, sales directed me to your technical department who now advise me they don't have a mounting bracket to fit my panel. This disappoints me that you sell the panels but not mounting hardware, and don't let your buyers know this prior to purchasing. I've burned a week getting this panel installed and I'm back to square one.”

“They ask what went wrong, what didn't. First i ordered the gates and openers as package. the openers came and gates were being shipped. They set up delivery date never showed waited all day and then called said gates were damaged. Aleko told me they were shipped the trucking company would not deliver because of the damage.They shipped back to Aleko which took another week. I finally said i will come and get them myself. I took my truck and trailer to pick up and they could not find them. When they did locate them sitting outside they could not find hardware and posts. The box was destroyed and brackets were missing. You try calling there customer service forget it you will be on hold forever, and i mean forever and then they hang up on you. A coworker of mine recommended them and then he went through the same issues. The gates are cheap and mine were bent but did not find out until installed that they did not line up at top and bottom because of this. Horrible Horrible company to deal with. Do yourself a favor and stay away.”

“"The products seem to be relatively well built, however with a little bit of extra thought, some of the brackets and mounts could be significantly improved, but in general they are good products., The other problem I have with the unit is cold weather usage, they are built supposedly to operate in Canada, but can't work in colder than -20C I believe, we have lots of places and dates that -20 is during the day when the sun is shining and -40 is possible. I have had to put a heater, under the opener to keep the opener operating in colder weather, I used a simple stick on oil pan heater that works very well.”

“I have a dbl gate, my slave gate will not open or close, since Jan of this year I went through 3 mother boards, 4 arms, had a pro co come out they could not figure it out cost me $275 everytime I call your company they want to up sale me AS1200 set up”
