“I have ordered Aleko window awnings three times in the last 1.5 years. After installing the awnings from the first order, I discovered that the resistance to UV light for the awnings is very poor. The color faded out from two awnings within a few months of installation. I have applied UV protection spray myself to the last two orders and will soon know if this solves the problem. However, it is a shame that you don't take this simple step yourselves for the customer. The awnings are otherwise of good quality at a good price. Providing this kind of product with poor UV resistance is just not logical. I have described this problem in a prior email to Aleko several months ago and did not receive a reply of any sort.”

“"The schematics we received were wrong for the system we purchased! The battery and solar panel are not adequate to keep the gate opening and closing as needed! The kit was not complete and we had to purchase more items to make it functional for a 20 feet gate opening! It continually stops randomly wherever and the button has to be pushed several times to open or close the gate! "”

“low quality. replaced arm several times. then the board blew, twice. Then we had a delay and couldnt return the products, so i bought another arm. couldnt get the gate back up and running, so we called. Aleko said the circuit board was bad. Ordered another one. It was bad, got a replacement, gate still didnt work. Hired a professional who spent 4 hours on it, couldnt get it running after $270 in charges. Your people then told us to contact a manager or something, re-explained everything, nothing happened, we were re-recommended to purchase another board or something. You ship too slow (takes a week to get anything from seattle to FL) Im sorry but very frustrating experience. my gate has been down 8 months now. We gave up and will save for a more quality product to install.”

“THE AWNING THAT I PURCHASED HAS BEEN DISAPPOINTMENT. IT WAS A BLUE AND WHITE STRIPPED IN COLOR. IT HAS BEEN UP FOR ABOUT 6 MONTHS AND ALREADY FADING. THE BLUE IS LOOKING PURPLE”
