“The units fail with different symptoms. This is the third unit and is less than two months in place. This will be the last Aleko unit I buy. Your support has been negligible and when a response arrives it's a platitude. Look it up. I will write another review for Amazon. Not good.”

“I original bought a gate opener online and was sent a lower model. I called and called the customer service line many times before I actually got helped. Finally I was told that they would refund me the difference in price if I kept the model I was sent because they were the same. After installed it I saw they were not the same. The model I was sent didn't have the soft close feature, which I really wanted. I also saw that the key pad would work. I finally called alecko and they told me the keypad was wrong too. (I was sent the keypad for the model of opener that I should have received the first time) I was sent a new keypad and that one did work. All and all if I would have been sent the model i originally ordered, your company would have made more money and I would have wasted many less hours on the phone and trying to program keypads that don't work on the model I was erroneously sent and my gate wouldn't be slamming shut every time it closes. All because someone in your shipping department can't read a model number correctly.”

“Opener would not work after replacing controller twice. Took 30 days to get second controller which did not work. Returned opener for full refund which cost me $65 for shipping. This opener total waste of my money. Purchased Ghost Control gate opener which was easy to install and has functioned without any problems.”

“Service and product are great. We ordered a 9x9 pergola. It was 72 lbs but shipping was included. Only issue is the directions for putting pergola together are terrible.....and I have put many things together. A few key notes in directions would make the task much easier. I read the reviews before I bought and many complained about directions. You think they would address the issue.”
