“I received only 1 trap however I ordered 12. Cost me $11.00 in long distance phone charges and the customer representative was not polite and was NOT familiar with the product. Demeaner was as if I was trying to pull a fast one on the company. Requested photos of item and took weeks to receive. Then when correct item was sent wasn't even sent priority mail!!!!”

“The Aleko AC1400 has issues in auto-reverse function. The customer service did not resolve the issue. Plus now the gate is not opening 20% of the times, I have to go give it a jerk and then it will open. Given my past experience I wouldnt dare waste my time trying to contact your customer service again. They dont respond to emails and dont follow up on phone.”

“I ordered a set of the support poles for the retractable awning. the 1st set came with no hardware to mount to the awning. Customer service sent me a replacement set promptly. The second set came in a wet box that was crushed & had only 1 set of the hardware to use to attatch to the awning. I now have 4 poles & can only use one of them. I called again & was told, that there was no hardware needed. I told the person it clearly shows the hardware needed on your website. I was told they would check with the warehouse & get back to me. Then they ask could i send in pictures, which I did today. So could someone just send me the hardware I need to attatch at least 2 0f these support poles to my awning. Thank you”

“While I tried to work with you to get it to work correctly and/or fixed, the problem with the gate apparently cannot be fixed. When closing the gate, it wants to continuely back up and you have to keeping making it reverse to close it. It became so difficult to close it that we discontued using it.”
