“I have just returned from Bridlington staying at the Monarch Hotel . I was very impressed with holiday hotel was lovely staff great . Our driver was very good and helpfull . I would certainly reccomend your company and hope to travel with you again”

“Alfa Travel made us so happy because everything was perfect. We have just returned from eight night self drive holiday at The Queens Hotel in Blackpool. After lots of cancelled bookings last year and the fact that I need a wheelchair I was apprehensive. I needn’t have been. Everything was perfect. The room with shower. The friendly staff. The food. You have made one couple very, very happy. We are already booked to go again later this year. THANK YOU ALFA.”

“Have just returned from a holiday with you on Northumbria & Beamish tour, This was a good holiday overall, but were very disappointed with the other day trips, there was nothing to do in Durham only the Cathedral, the castle was closed. The Thursday Coastal trip was only the Amble Harbour Village which was all of thirty minutes, the second place everyone just got off the coach, had lunch and got back on, then we were taken to Bamburgh Castle which was ridiculous price to enter and did not have time anyway the toilets were way up the road, a lot of the elder people could not be expected to climb up to the castle anyway. Michael our driver was fantastic but he can only go where he is told to go. The hotel was okay but there was no entertainment on any night at all. The pick up and transfers were very good and well organised. Most of the passengers said we would have had a better Thursday if we had gone somewhere like the Metro centre or even into Newcastle. this tour spoilt what would have been a better holiday.”

“What is happening at South Mimms Interchange? Hardly anyone to tell you what time to get your coach for onward travel. On return trip, even worse - just 2 staff. No information on what time coaches were departing or which minibus to get on. One poor woman got left behind. No Alfa Travel coaches either. Had great Easter break in Weston Super Mare, but a lot more helpful staff needed at interchange.”

“Excellent value for money. The hotel in Criccieth is very good, lovely room , friendly staff and delicious food with excellent service from restaurant staff. The trips to Portmerion and Caernarfon were interesting . Criccieth is quiet but very pretty. We have nothing but praise for the Alfa organisation from booking to returning home from the interchange. This will definitely be the first of many future holidays with Alfa.”

“We have just come back from Westport Co Mayo where we stayed at the Westport Woods hotel. The hotel was very good, very clean and a really nice place to stay. The only negative about the hotel was the limited food choice in the evening.We were there for 4nights and vegetable soup was a starter each night, 2 nights it was smoked salmon and mash accompanied every main course. One night I had spring rolls for my main course, it came with mashed potato,salad and coleslaw! The food was plentiful and well cooked apart from the veg which was overcooked. It was the only thing that would stop me staying here again. The town of Westport was quite small and a typical Irish town but it was a friendly place, thankfully the weather was excellent last week. We had 2 trips out to Kyle more Abbey and a boat trip on the Tuesday and then on Thursday to Achill island which was really spectacular, we went down to Westport harbour and into the town on the Wednesday which was Dave our brilliant drivers day off. We were away for 6 nights and had an overnight stay on the outskirts of Dublin on both the outward and return journey. The overnight hotel was very good,very modern and very clean and the food was very good. Overall an excellent holiday with a lot of lovely people, we. thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.”

“Disgusted 2 yrs in a row you have cancelled my holiday... with no reasonable excuse leaving me only to get a refund... there are no alternatives to my booking because there is now no availability.. you do so without apology , explanation or compensation you are a disgrace and I WOULD NEVER BOOK WITH YOUR COMPANY AGAIN ..”

“Just returned from 4 day break in Ilfracombe. Hotel was very good but food a bit hit and miss. Good driver but did talk a lot. My only gripe is the fact the two ‘half day’ trips were in fact only 3 1/3 hours from leaving the hotel to returning. Only had about 1 hour 50 min in each place and with day 1 and 4 only travelling to and from the resort the holiday wasn’t very good value. Usually use a company that stop somewhere on the way, 2 full days out and stopping somewhere on the way home.”

“Once again a grea coach holiday, this time at Tenby. Great hotel, staff, food and evening entertainment. Our driver ian Stewart was fantastic- great sense of humour and couldn't do enough to help us. Looking forward to next trip.”

“Just returned from the Royal Norfolk Hotel ,Bognor Regis ,excellent from start to finish, superb room ,with sea view,staff friendly, food excellent, and me being Gluten free, wasn't a problem at all,in fact the chef came out of the kitchen ,and sat on our table discussing the options! Excursions were great too ,2 a day ,for 3 of the days which left us with 2 spare to explore!”

“Just got back from 6 days to Newquay. What a great holiday. The coach was 30 seconds late picking us up (by my watch) and that is my complaint. I don't like mushrooms or courgettes (my wife enjoyed them) so they were the only things I didn't eat out of all meals. Our driver "Wills" is probably the best driver it has been my pleasure to have travelled with. I found this page while trying to book my next holiday.”

“I have just returned from a Weekend Break to Cromer staying at the Hotel de Paris. What a wonderful time I had - the hotel may be old but its location in Cromer is second to none. The staff and service offered was 5*. The room was spotless and the food excellent. I have stayed at this hotel before and was not disappointed on my return. Value for money is excellent. The evening entertainment was ok but that is not my main priority of the holiday. The cost of drinks at the bar was good value. I will certainly stay here again”
