“My sister and I recently traveled to the Isle of Man for 6 nights on a tour with Alfa. Our coach driver was Dave and took excellent care of us and organised things , due to stormy seas cancelling our first booking, that we could do to fill in our time. He was an amazing driver and helped us wherever he could. The trips out were great and I would say we visited 80% of the beautiful Isle of Man in those few days. The hotel was good and we were lucky to get our request of quiet room with sea view. The staff worked really hard providing good service and quite a lot of very tasty meals. THANKYOU Alfa travel. We will use again.”

“Excellent company to deal with. Holiday to Cromer was extremely good especially brilliant drivers. Hotel de Paris is a great hotel with excellent staff. Hotel room was lovely overlooking the pier. Just great.”

“Had a lovely recent holiday with Alfa travel , went to the Cliffe Norton Hotel in Tenby , a stones throw from the beach. Really enjoyed the holiday Hotel staff were lovely , food was really good and always piping hot. Bingo and an entertainer singing and telling a few jokes every night. Could not fault this Hotel and the holiday itself . We will definitely be booking again .”

“Just returned from the ilses of whight, staying at the shanklin hotel. The staff were fantastic nothing was any trouble, the reception guys who opened up the swimming pool for us at 7am in the morning always got a nice greeting. The rooms where always well serviced and clean maids where friendly and courteous, food was nice and a very good breakfast, our waitress was sharna who looked after us at mealtime she always had a smile even when she was very busy. This is our second time at the hotel and we where not dissapointed and will be returning next year. Our driver was john and was very knowledgable about areas of intrest and was always on hand to help.”

“Went to Weymouth on 14th August our coach driver wills was fantastic good sense of humour made every one laugh was fantastic with all the information with everything northing was any bother he was just brilliant thank you wills from sue penny 😁”

“First time with Alpha and third for my mother. The hotel in Criceith very poor, cracked dirty windows, mattresses stored at the front of the hotel against a window. Food terrible, frozen produce. Lounge area scruffy and the hotel smells of damp. On our last day up at 6.30 am to leave suit case outside hotel door, breakfast not until 8am, coach doesn't leave until 9.30. We live 3 hours from Criceith however, it will 3pm before we arrive at Burton wood. Who organises the travel arrangements hasnt got a clue. Am afraid it will be my first and last trip with Alpha. Awful 😞”

“We booked the hydro hotel at Llandudno. Departed on Sunday 7th August Coach transfer 1 hour wait at bowburn services. Long journey down just wanted to get to hotel but driver decided to stop at Colwyn bay were we only had one hour.chewed on arrival. The trips although could have been good but we were not given enough time to enjoy definitely needed better planning.We had booked 2 rooms with sea view which we had paid £80 per couple my room had scaffolding up Infront of window plus was we were refunded. The other couple had also paid the same but did not get a sea view so then had the hassle of moving room's. The food was appalling luke warm and in some cases ineadable Some of the menu choices had to be pre orders. Although why I don't know. Has what they labeled beef casserole on Tuesday was then served on Thursday has steak pie they just added a pie crust. On one night I orderd lasagne and it was served with the veg that everyone else had horrible.On the plus side the staff were lovely . Expected more from our alha coach holiday has it was recommended.”

“My friend and I just arrived back from 5 days at the Cavendish Hotel Exmouth . everything was very good we asked for a sea view, the view was lovely ,so was the room . the staff from the Reception, Bar , and Dinning Room were very friendly and helpful , food was very tasty and always piping hot . Our Coach driver Paul . is a credit to your team he is very helpful , friendly with everyone a very good and courteous driver, we would say he really made our holiday we laughed so much it was lovely Thank you , we wouldn`t hesitate in using Alfa travel again and hoping to be driven by Paul Christine & Jean”

“Just had 4 nite holiday in dunoon Scotland Hotel ok bedroom fine bathroom couldn't swing a gerbil staff in restaurant luvly ,food at breakfast ok evening meal some awful some ok,wouldn't stay again”

“We have just returned from our first coach holiday as a family of three. Tony took us to Fort William on The Jacobite Tour and we had a great time. Tony was reassuring on our journey up when two accidents caused us to be delayed; the staff at Croit Anna were welcoming and friendly; service and food were excellent and the rooms comfortable. The excursions were well planned and informative and the trip on the steam train was magical. As a visually impaired passenger, I felt supported and the trip was accessible and our elderly mum was also well looked after. The trip was well worth the cost and the only complaint our teenager had was that he didn’t win Bingo! Thank you Alpha, Tony and Croit Anna, oh and the weather was very fortunate too!”

“Organisation at Tamworth was poor/non existent, such a waste of time. Hotel was dated but clean and the staff were pleasant. Food was mostly boring and tasteless. Room was incredibly hot and the sash window was broken. TV signal in room was very poor and Wi-Fi in room was non existent. Air conditioning on coach broke (presumably due to poor maintenance) in a heat wave too!”

“I have just arrived home from Cavendish Hotel in Exmouth. Well what can I say the staff were very friendly and professional. Lisa the manager must be very proud of them. The food was excellent plenty of choices and brilliant entertainment. I did meet one of your driver's Jim what a very nice man he was. Brilliant holiday hope to see you soon.”

“Just returned from our first ever coach holiday. We certainly weren’t disappointed. Stayed at the Croit Anna Hotel 3 miles from Fort William. We had a wonderful day on the Jacobite express to Mallaig as well as Isle of Skye, Inverness etc etc. Thanks to our wonderful driver David Yeates he went the full mile to be both informative and helpful and quite a character. Would not hesitate to consider another trip with Alpha. All went perfectly to plan. Excellent value.”

“Selborne Hotel Dunoon, photo in brochure very misleading, the chequered part of the garden is filthy and overgrown, 2 bags of rubbish just dumped there, horrible overgrown land opposite the main entrance which by the way isn’t the photo of the lovely garden in the brochure. The lounge we used was very dated and looked out onto a filthy, mouldy set of tiles would not go here again, I have emailed the company with the photos and complaints but I doubt anything will be done”

“Just returned from a 5 day trip to Torquay coach from Reading was a Bluebird coach driven by an amazing young man named Jack who was excellent made our holiday, nothing was too much trouble for him very patient. Gave us lots of imformation about the area and where we were visiting. Would be more than happy to travel with him again.”

“Just returned from Scotland, our driver Don, was excellent he made our trip really enjoyable and kept us entertained. All hotels used good. Did think however we could have come home rather than stop over night, but realise drivers time maybe exceed. Booked again, well worth it.”
