“Ordered a toy bar for a gift. Initially the wrong product was sent. The exchange was arranged and I was impressed by the customer service involved in correcting the error. But when the correct product arrived it was in damaged packaging (and I had specified it was for a gift) ... was a little embarrassed having to gift it : ( customer service is great but clearly some issues in the order packing department.”

“The kids take and chairs arrived Table good Chairs had missing stable parts and didn’t go together securely either Very unstable no child could possibly sit on them Very disappointing Have emailed but haven’t heard back yet Had it sent to daughters home and so dissapointed for Xmas present Dianne”

“Poor communication order was delayed multiple times nobody ever contacted me about it when order finally arrived over a month late it was damaged. Could never get through via phone so had to contact them through email the replies took days and weren't very helpful ended up having to go through PayPal to resolve the issue”

“The item i purchase was over a month late, I have to call all4kids twice for update on my purchase. All4kids didn't even send me a message or email to tell me what happened with my purchase. Very disappointed with customer service from all4kids.”

“Luckily we chased our Doll's house up and after being sent on the 3rd of December, via Allied Express, nearly two weeks later it hadn't arrived at Orange. After numerous calls and we are still waiting for Allied Express to contact us back. We just happened to be in Sydney on the 18th and it was organised for us to pickup another Doll's house at Fedex in Botany, which I must say was easy. there has been no mention of reimbursing our freight we were charged. I don't understand how come we were told on our invoice the goods were coming via Toll and we learnt it was with Allied Express, it shouldn't take two weeks to come from Sydney to Orange and with the tracking number is was in transit.”
