The draws with change table was poorly made, marks, chips and missing screws on the draw runners were just some of the issues encountered when putting the draws together. If i had seen the quality of the draws in person prior to purchasing i wouldn't have gone ahead with ordering. The draws look ok from a distance, but do not look up close as the faults starts to show. Most likely not directly All4kids fault, however, they import the draws from someone and there does not seem to be any quality control in their products they on sell. The draws look like they have been well loved already instead of new and mark free.

Never received order. I had to contact them after a month to follow it up. Got no apology at all, was just given 2 options: refund or chose a different item (what I had ordered was no longer in stock) and the parcel was 'missing'. Shocking customer service.

We purchased a green buggy for our kids for Christmas, it worked for 2 weeks. Then stopped charging, we purchased a new charger as we thought it may have been faulty, turns out the vehicle battery is at fault. The all 4 kids won’t help resolve the issue, cover any costs or reply to any emails or phone calls in a timely matter. Very disappointing, all we want is for the vehicle to be working for our 2 little kids to enjoy.

Ordered a Beaba Up and Down Bouncer - Pink on the 1st March. On the 5th March, received an email to let me know the item I ordered is not available, offered me another colour. I accepted the change of colour (out of good faith). No news for 10 days I emailed their customer service on the 15th March requesting a refund and have been fighting for it ever since. They keep telling me that my order has shipped (which is a lie) and the tracking number sent has been pending for days. I have requested a refund 5x times by now... and still nothing. I have now reported to ACCC. STAY AWAY - SCAM COMPANY

Purchased a table set which I found difficulties in assembling. Quick response and assistance from Vanessa who was very helpful, sending a video instruction since the manual that came with the product was not very clear.

Product was fine but delivery was so slow. After querying the whereabouts of our package (2 weeks after purchase) we still waited a week until they final dispatched the item.

Unfortunately I never received my order. I was originally advised it was on backorder which was completely fine. However it’s ETA was November and it’s now February and I still have not received anything. I’ve sent two emails so far trying to gain clarification of what’s going on and have had no response.
