“The customer service is good & helpful but the products we ordered are damaged & not the best quality for the cost of each item. I should have just got the $80 kitchen from K-Mart instead of spending $289 here as it is very poor quality, half the pieces were damaged. Yes they sent replacement pieces but the kitchen still doesn’t all fit together well, doors don’t fully close. The toaster arrived dented, not very happy”

“Was pretty disgusted to say the least I bought a scooter for my son assuming it was the light up light one for a bargain price then revived a msg from All4kids just out the blue saying the one I got didn’t have the light up wheels and if I wanted the one with the light up wheels I had to give them Extra money. So they knew that everyone assumes It’s the one with the light up wheels at a good price till they get the random msg asking for more money to get what ya assume u are ment to b getting. Shifty as!!!!!”

“Three weeks ago I bought a trampoline for my daughter as a birthday gift but unfortunately, we did not receive it yet. I sent many emails to refund the payment but they did not agree and kept telling me that they will follow up on the reason for the delay in delivering the trampoline. My daughter is still waiting for her birthday gift which was three weeks ago! I do not recommend All4Kids to anyone.”

“Warehouse was hard to find due to no signage & tbh looked totally dodgy. It was also a mess inside. Product is as ordered; had to wait for stock to become available but was ordered as a pre-order anyway so I knew that. Staff seemed friendly when k had contact (both in person and over the phone!)”
