“One item ordered and paid for was not in stock - meaning refunded, and had to pay extra postage to include with another order elsewhere - ie lost an initial opportunity due to poor stock listings.”

“Warehouse was hard to find due to no signage & tbh looked totally dodgy. It was also a mess inside. Product is as ordered; had to wait for stock to become available but was ordered as a pre-order anyway so I knew that. Staff seemed friendly when k had contact (both in person and over the phone!)”

“I bought the 2-in-1 Kinderfeets trike and helmet for my little grandson for his first birthday. The entire purchase from start to finish was seamless and easy. It arrived a few days after ordering just in time for his birthday. The quality of this item is outstanding! It was easy to put together and looks amazing. He loves it! Thank you.”
