“I bought a play couch for my sons 1st birthday... delivery took a very long time but the communication back and forth from the company and I really helped that process along. The couch came in excellent condition and our son loves it! Definitely recommend.”

“We still haven’t received our order… I acknowledge that you have no control over Australia Post, but the time taken to be notified that the colour we ordered wasn’t available and then the replacement to be packed took almost a week which is a bit surprising.”

“My child’s present broke within 2 mins of using it. 800 buck present useless. Been a week, and still no result on a replacement parts! Not happy at all. Will be buying from the competition on Monday and seeking a full refund. One very upset 3 year old. 👎👎👎👎👎👎”

“The customer service is good & helpful but the products we ordered are damaged & not the best quality for the cost of each item. I should have just got the $80 kitchen from K-Mart instead of spending $289 here as it is very poor quality, half the pieces were damaged. Yes they sent replacement pieces but the kitchen still doesn’t all fit together well, doors don’t fully close. The toaster arrived dented, not very happy”

“Was pretty disgusted to say the least I bought a scooter for my son assuming it was the light up light one for a bargain price then revived a msg from All4kids just out the blue saying the one I got didn’t have the light up wheels and if I wanted the one with the light up wheels I had to give them Extra money. So they knew that everyone assumes It’s the one with the light up wheels at a good price till they get the random msg asking for more money to get what ya assume u are ment to b getting. Shifty as!!!!!”
