“If I could, I would give this company 0 stars! Website states that it would be shipped in 2-4 days. Placed an order 1 week ago and haven’t heard anything. Sent an email, they responded that they would check with the warehouse. 2 days later, no response. So I called them, and they said they would again check with the warehouse and get back to me by today. They emailed saying that they are out of stock in some items and have sent what they have first, while they wait for the other stock. First of all, all the items I brought online said “in stock.” Second of all, they should’ve told me before they shipped out half of my order, because I would’ve just asked for a refund. Very bad communication and customer service. I would avoid this website. Would not purchase here again.”

“The product we bought was excellent, the prices were very reasonable but unfortunately we purchased an item that we needed quite urgently and it was during their stock take inventory which meant they did not ship any items for a whole month. It was posted on the website but being a new customer to the site I didn’t see it on their front page or banner. It would have been more helpful or useful as a pop up during purchase or shipping information. It wasn’t clear to me until I tried to contact them via email. Wished we knew this before we purchased and we would have purchased the item elsewhere.”

“The instructions to assemble were inadequate. I rang the company about nine days ago and advised that the instructions were not clear and more detailed instructions were required. I was advised another set would be emailed. I am still waiting…… Would not recommend to anyone.”

“very very poor service. i haven't received a local delivery for more than 10 days and not even any notice. I emailed them couple of times to find our and got a reply after couple of days saying that they have to do a warehouse upgrade. which is a lie. And still asking me to wait for another week.”

“We have a weird address due to subdivision, the team reached out to me right after ordering to confirm the address was correct before shipping out, my order was then shipped quickly and updates along the way were shared. We got the kinderfeets tiny tot trike and basket for our little ones 1st bday it arrived well ahead of time and exactly as advertised. Great service thank you!”
