“I have now placed two orders with this company. One before Christmas and one this month. The products I have bought are just beatiful. My order this month was over $400 which is ridiculous for me as I am a grandmother with no birthdays coming up. I just loved the Tenderleaf toys that much so have put some out for my grand daughter when she comes over and some away for birthdays. My order slight negative would be that the shipping is not great. It will say that the order has been shipped but Australia Post doesnt show that they have it. Not sure what that is about. It takes well over a week to get from Melbourne to Sydney whereas I can. get someting from China in less time. Nevertheless I would absolutely buy from them again and again.. Beautiful products.. my first. point of call for anything to do with my. grand children”

“Great product every thing on the trike has been well thought out But the company are hopeless I purchased it for my grandsons 1st birthday a week before we contacted the company who really didn’t care that it was his birthday present and never had a present for him . So the birthday went by we had to go and buy another present for him as was very disappointed to arrive to a 1st birthday party without his nana having his present. After ringing a few more times I was asked did I want to cancel it . They then sent it by courier and it arrived after his birthday Not got enough”

“The product is very good. I wanted it to be delivered to Bunbury at my husbands work as someone is always there. Unfortunately, it was delivered to the home address (even though I specified it to be delivered to Bunbury,not Australind) and it was left at the door. I found it when I got home so fortunately it was still there. My husbands name has been used in all the subsequent emails and delivery, even though my name is on all the documents, bar one!”

“Absolutely terrible to deal with. Do you purchase a single thing from this supplier. They failed to send one of my packages resulting in it not arriving for Christmas. The worst customer service that look 10-15 contacts to fix. Just a horrible, horrible service. I used live chat, email, and phone to contact the service. Most attempts to contact were not responded to.”

“The drawers visibly look the way the site outlines however the drawers don’t close properly unless firmly pushed. The bottom right hand drawer doesn’t open unless it is aggressively pulled and we tried to rotate the drawers to see if this would assist. No luck. The delivery was a seperate issue but that’s to do with the courier company.”

“Deliver and service from all 4 kids was great 5 star for that. My problem was with product which I bought for grand son you was very excited but within a hour of using one of the cars broke which I thought I could repair as it had spear parts with it so I accused it was common but the pice that broke actually broke from the mounting plate so can’t repair I bit disappointing for the price now I will probably need to buy another car”
