“I have been a member of amazon.com since 2002. During that time I have bought roughly 124 books in various formats, focussing on Kindle books in more recent times. Amazon's service delivery has been seamless, faultless and reliable in all those years - the user experience (UX) has always been great and I feel most comfortable in dealing with and recommending, amazon.com.”

“I have been using Amazon UK for many years now. There have been ups and downs, but one thing Amazon UK has always had excellent after sale care. Customer services have been very gracious towards me. Even after having trouble with a product many months later, I was told to send the item back 'free' and for a full refund. I feel very reassured shopping with Amazon UK. I will be honest, I have received plenty of crappy products or faulty items, but I never for a minute worried about sending them back for a refund, and that is why I continue to buy with them without concern.”

“Purchased a pair of trainers with free delivery. They came the next day. Unfortunately they were too big so i returned them via royal mail using the prepaid label. The money went back into my account the next day. Basically a 3 day turnaround from purchase to money refund. Better than going to the shops!!”
