“Shopping with Amazon.co.jp has been a smooth and comfortable way to buy things which I can't find anywhere else. I always count on it for buying birthday gifts, Christmas gifts and souvenirs. Even when I'm not sure what to buy, the catalogs always help me to find something worth buying. Without it, I know shopping would be so much more of a burden.”

“although having used amazon many times becuase ofnthere excellent service I have decided not to use them again ever.Evry time I buy something they automatically sign me up for amazon prime, This is ridiculous! I have to contac t them to cancel every time which is a nonsense. very frustrated with this policy so I am afraid amazon have lost a long standing customer.”

“Amazon delivers my Action Camera within two days of ordering. I had an issue with one part in the box. It was exchanged without a problem and keeping in touch with the staff was fantastic! Highly recommended!”
