“I use Amazon on a regular basis due the variety of products and their costs, it has a very customer friendly website and I can get around it very easy. Downside is sometimes it takes a while for the payment to come out the bank, making it harder to finance, especially if the payment takes a month.”

“I've used Amazon for a number of years and they have never let me down. I would be lost without them! I have recently become a Prime member and I have already seen the benefits. You guys have saved my life on a number of occasions with gifts for family and friends. I also use Amazon when I cheekily want buy a small gift for myself :) x”

“Having prime meant any forgotten presents, could be purchased and delivered next day (in some cases the same day) just so easy to use and so many items available, a one stop shop for a lot of items”

“It is not that the item I bought (A TomTom GO 5200) had something wrong in itself. This item was advertised that it contained also Micro sim card. The slot is there ok, but there is no sim card. But the thing I didn't like most was the way this GPS was delivered. We were at home the whole day.(Horsham, UK). The courier didn't bother to ring the doorbell but just left the package there, on the doorstep. Good thing I had to go out in the evening and saw it there. Disgrace!!! Someone could have easily nicked it. Also, I should have signed receipt of package. In my opinion the messenger should be sacked as he/she has tarnished Amazon's reputation.”
