“Even when things don't quite work out, they will go that bit further to help. The staff are generally helpful, with the very odd exception. One young man gave me such a helpful breakdown of the benefits of Amazon prime, which I didn't know included books and music.”

“Amazon sell everything that the shops do, not always the cheapest, but it's their delivery that makes Amazon more attractive to buy from than others. Amazon will leave parcels in safe locations, they make an effort to leave with a neighbour so you're not forced to take time off work to receive it. Which, at Xmas time when you have deliveries coming at you left right & centre, having a seller than has common sense with deliveries, helps no end and I'm happy to sometimes pay more than somewhere else to get the parcel.”
