“Amazon Prime is a very quick service. They have a great customer service team and often help me with my returns. I forgot to buy something for my fathers birthday just the evening before and boom the next day delivery saved me!”

“The goods were delivered on time and up to a specified quality. The only downside is that Amazon tends to do 2 things that are rather inconvenient: 1) if there are 2 items, these are most likely to be delivered separately. 2) if you are not at home items will be left with your neibours, unless you specify otherwise. Last time I had to run around the street collecting my items, which was rather embarassing.”

“Amazon are brilliant I wouldn’t want to shop anywhere else. They have got so much stuff on there and it’s easy to use. My only thing would be maybe start to use PayPal as it’s easy way to pay for customers!..”
