“I ordered 2 2.5 inch drive adapters, order was fulfilled by Amazon. Ao arrival, one unit was new the other was second hand, it had already been opened, box was damaged. Unit was returned (which in itself was a chore). When I order new items i expect them to be new. What makes things worse, is this is not the first time this has happened.”

“They didn't and not the purpose of my review - made a purchase of a Canary product from Maplin via Amazon - Worst product, worst company I have dealt with in a long time. Simply sharp practice and a costly one at that. Amazon need to upgrade their expectations of customer protection when serving them to Sharks. Guess that means I don't qualify for the gift card, please send it as a donation to Canary's CEO figure he'll need it more than I”
