“Amazon is just the best, especially the Prime Membership. I can order items in the evening and have them the next morning, which is great. Pricing is always good because there are so many options from various sellers. Returning items is always easy too, when required. However, they could maybe do something about some packaging, as I've had small items in large boxes stuffed full of brown paper. Yes it all goes to recycling anyway, but that's not the point. Anyway, still love Amazon. :)”

“I ordered the xmas presents from Amazon again this year, and, again, they were excellent. All delivered within a week and the best price and variety for new products I could find, literally saving hundreds of pounds by using them compared to the high street. Customer service on one item was excellent. Highly recommend.”

“They are quick to deliver and as I am a prime member I don’t pay for delivery. Out of 3 items purchased, one was found to be maybe damaged. I didn’t open the packing as it was a present. They have paid for return and replacement purely on suspicion of damage in the post.”
