“Great customer service, I had a small problem where my order was rejected just before it was delivered to me. Customer services had the item redelivered for the next day and added an extra month of prime to my account, free of charge.”

“I only have to think about what I want to buy and I know I can get it through Amazon. A few clicks and a few days later and I have my goods. Also the delivery guys always have a nice smile on their face, in this day and age is always good to see, thank you.”

“Bought a Steam Generator Iron, it failed a couple of weeks after it arrived. The product was collected from my home and a full refund followed a week or so later. It's annoying the product stopped working but the no quibble return and swift refund were great.”
