“We ordered an RCA icemaker. It arrived the wrong color and outside finish. There was supposed to be a 4-year warranty included - nothing was. The icemaker does not work. The driver who delivered it was driving an Enterprise Rental Van with no identification. But it did get here fast. There was no paperwork included as to how to return it nor was there a return label included.”

“The item ordered was offered to me at a greatly discounted price if I applied for Amazon credit card and also I applied for a 30 day free trial on Amazon Prime. Delivery was next day. Great service!!”
