“The day before Christmas Eve doing all my Christmas shopping - been out all day with my husband and getting so fed up - went to the Trafford Centre to eat before finishing the shopping then decided to look at Amazon while waiting for the food ......... ordered last presents online at 6pm and they were delivered before 9am next day perfect”

“We ordered an RCA icemaker. It arrived the wrong color and outside finish. There was supposed to be a 4-year warranty included - nothing was. The icemaker does not work. The driver who delivered it was driving an Enterprise Rental Van with no identification. But it did get here fast. There was no paperwork included as to how to return it nor was there a return label included.”
