“I joined Amazon Prime. However I received a code number from them shortly afterwards saying I had just changed my email address. I had NOT asked them to change anything. My account had been hijacked from someone in RU. Of course they would then not deal with me as I was not answering then new email address associated with the account. Had to cancel cards, accounts etc. Lost my Amazon Prime that I had Just paid £79 for now I have to get my bank to get my money back. When they send you these 'code' numbers there is no button you can select saying "Thats not me!! I did not request a change in email address" You either have to accept or ignore the email neither of which is a good option. Very bad security.”

“Just recently signed upto Amazon Prime on the 30 day trial! What a great package and for only 7.99 a month after the 30 day trial! Quicker deliverys, music on demand and films, tv, the lot! What a great package and worth it none the less!!”

“Amazon UK has a wide range of vendors which means shopping on the UK site whilst based in NL is easy, as I can always find someone who ships what I want to the NL. The postage costs are reasonable and the tracking is great. Additionally when I have had to make returns, Amazon have made the process easy.”

“Amazon never fails me and I've been a customer since 2002. I have the prime delivery service and cannot live without it. It has gotten me out of a tight fix when I've needed to make a quick purchase more times than I can remember. I always use it all the time. Whenever I think of a purchase I always go to amazon first. Whenever I've had any issues with my orders, the customer service team have always been able to resolve my issue and compensate sometimes. The customer service is fast and I'm almost never on hold waiting for an agent to speak to. I used to use the amazon fresh service when I lived in an area that qualified and was so impressed with the quick delivery slots, 1-hour windows and the product selection only got better with time.”

“Amazon have an amazing stock to choose from. Instead of driving to the shops and trudging around shops looking for what I want to buy, Amazon have a great selection with speedy delivery and if not satisfied with the purchase a full refund is available. Most of my home shopping comes from Amazon.”
