“Amazon have an amazing stock to choose from. Instead of driving to the shops and trudging around shops looking for what I want to buy, Amazon have a great selection with speedy delivery and if not satisfied with the purchase a full refund is available. Most of my home shopping comes from Amazon.”

“The web site is very user friendly and to go back and forward from the sales page to the basket without losing any items. This is a very good feature as some online platforms, once you get to the basket, you cant return to the product pages if you want to buy something else or make a change to one of the products.”

“I find amazon maybe one of the best places to purchase goods. The prices are reasonable. The distribution is great, unless it's Christmas time which is understable that things can take a Little bit longer to get to their destination, other than that I have no complaints, on the contrary Amazon is an easy website to understand and receive your goods in the time stated.”

“I made a purchase before Christmas, but unfortunately the item failed to arrive. I contacted Amazon, on a few occasions, they eventually resolved the situation by replacing the missing item, the last person I spoke with, I felt dealt with my concerns, and anxieties in a very professional and experience manner.
