“Had a delivery time notified and telling me my delivery was 2 stops away.The time was 10.30 am, 15.30 I had still not received my delivery and ended up cancelling it because I had to go out and did not want my parcel left on my doorstep as my neighbours have expericed in the past.”

“Very rarely do I have any sort of problem with goods purchased from Amazon. If I do, then their telephone support is excellent. Money refunded quickly, if necessary. Fast returns process, which I rarely need to use.”

“Will not refund me for items returned to them, total value of over £300!! I keep contacting them, but they just keep sending me emails saying that they won't refund me, even though they have admitted that they have received these returns. Nothing short of theft!”
