“Will not refund me for items returned to them, total value of over £300!! I keep contacting them, but they just keep sending me emails saying that they won't refund me, even though they have admitted that they have received these returns. Nothing short of theft!”

“Sometimes the items I purchase are because they are prime, and are showing for next day delivery. Then when I purchase, they are not delivered next day. Otherwise, overall experience is excellent.”

“The easiest way to shop! Always able to find exactly what I'm looking for. Not always at the cheapest price but often with free postage or recommended cheaper products. Returning items is made easy. Customer service colleagues are excellent and do whatever they can, within reason, to resolve any issues. Amazon have got it right! Lots of other online sellers could learn a lot from their approach.”

“I have recently had my amazon gift card stolen by hackers from my amazon account. Amazon did not even alert me to a problem with a new card on my account being used. I have used amazon for years and will never use them again when they have such disregard for their customers account safety.”
