“Good delivery speed, products are as described and shown in pictures. However the site can be difficult to navigate for certain things such as contacting seller. Also you have to scroll a lot from the picture of the item to find the description and reviews. Not very well laid out. I don't want to come across other items before I'v investigated the one I'm interested in.”

“I accidentally pre-oredered a book on my Kindle (which I'm very new to using!) and couldn't work out how to reverse the purchase. I contacted them and they replied very quickly and were able to sort out the issue with no problem at all. Every time I've contacted Amazon for help they have been really helpful.”
