“I accidentally pre-oredered a book on my Kindle (which I'm very new to using!) and couldn't work out how to reverse the purchase. I contacted them and they replied very quickly and were able to sort out the issue with no problem at all. Every time I've contacted Amazon for help they have been really helpful.”

“Overall, I think Amazon are brilliant. Items always arrive as described, well packaged and on time. My only complaint is the amount of wasted packaging you get and multiple items don't always come together even if purchased from the same seller. Come on Amazon, you can do better, especially when it comes to caring for the environment!”

“Overall happy.Would have given 5 stars but for the fact the search engine filters do not work correctly! Searching cds,go to country music,click prime only,results probably a few thousand,then filter prices from high to low and hey presto ! One cd!!! What the heck Amazon,I'm going off my head here and you are losing business!.Still luv ya tho.”
