“Purchased an open box/customer returned ASUS router from amazon warehouse deals and it took them about a week before dispatching it which I thought wasn't great. When it did arrive it was pretty much as new, just the box was all sellotaped shut. So a bit slow but maybe saved $70 so can't complain”

“Like most people I love amazon I've only ever had one small problem with delayed despatch but apart from that every thing has been easy and returns pretty faultless and quick.”

“Generally very good experience as buyer. They always help you if the product is faulty or turns faulty. But as a seller, their fees are simply TOO EXPENSIVE. For 60 pounds of sales, Amazon took 15 pounds. That's rubbish.”

“I complained to Lidl about an incident were a staff meber used a bad word talking to me. I spoke to the manager and he gave me 20% off my next shop and apoligised. I like the way he dealt with this and i will return.”
