“As someone who gets very nervous in crowded places, I have to say that Amazon has made my life so much less stressful! Although some companies do take quite a long time to deliver, more often than not, I have what I need in a few days, even without signing up for Prime.”

“I almost exclusively use amazon for my purchases of just about everything except clothes and groceries. The very best thing is that, whenever I've had an issue, I always get it resolved with almost minimal fuss. They have the correct speed of sales, dispatch and account handling together. I rely on their reviews and have rarely had any reason to complain.”
