“Using Amazons own products are usually delivered by Royal Mail, other delivery companies ie Yodel or Hermes are hopeless, communication is none existent”

“Amazon is really customer friendly and they have time and again proved that they value the customer above all else. Recently the shoe I bought was a size small and they returned it and the money in a days notice.”

“I use Amazon for most but not all of my online purchases . Most of these transactions are completed without any issues but unfortunately some do not . On a positive note any issues that have arisen Amazon have dealt with quickly and prevented any upset or hassle .”
