“Amazon delivery of my order was rubbish - not for the first time. We have a secure delivery box right by the door, with clear instructions in 1-inch-high lettering. Other couriers use it, but Amazon ALWAYS dump packages on the doorstep in full view from the road.”

“I have amazon prime, gaining deliveries quickly and includes audible where I can choose from an endless list of books to listen to. If I have had any problem, Amazon has very quickly made it right, whether it be a lost delivery or a refund for a no show. Awesome company.”

“Expected a delivery today. Received text message " You're only 2 drops away " and a picture of a map with marker. 3 hours later and various drops going away from our position ,still no parcel . Why is the tracking scheduled in Spain. Poor driver was sent every where back and forth passing drop offs.”
