“Easy and quality website”

“I know some people will be in total disagreement. Shop Local etc. I use Amazon for the great offers and huge range of goods available. The quality and range, as you would expect! is simply awesome. Delivery to your door for people that may struggle for one reason or another, is a huge bonus. More importantly! During these tough times a lot of the goods are less expensive than some budget stores.”

“For me Amazon is a modern and convenient online store. There is a huge selection there, probably even more than on Aliexpress. I've read reviews about Amazon on various sites. Not a hard way to pay and not too long delivery time. But it's hard to choose a seller, there are a lot of them and many products have different prices. “I have always used Amazon and have been a prime member for years. Lately they have been doing something that feels underhand. In purchasing an item, the delivery date is given as next day or 2 days bit then the second that 'buy now' is hit, the delivery date changes to over a week and I feel like I've been duped. This has happened 3 times and now I'm not ordering from them. I tried to complain by email but it bounced back as the complaint inbox is no longer manned. I totally accept longer delivery times when things are challenging as they are now, but why pretend it's going to be quick when it's not? It feels like false selling.”

“I needed to get my daughter a gift and as she lives quite far away and I needed to get her a gift asap. Using the Amazon Gift card was perfect as she is very particular about what she likes. The gift card meant she could buy what she wanted and when. Great service !!”
