“I needed to get my daughter a gift and as she lives quite far away and I needed to get her a gift asap. Using the Amazon Gift card was perfect as she is very particular about what she likes. The gift card meant she could buy what she wanted and when. Great service !!”

“Amazon prime is a joke. My item didn't arrive yesterday. I looked on the Internet and saw that the driver said he tried to deliver. No he didn't, someone was at home all day. Rang Amazon and was told they would re-deliver today. Well nothing has arrived again. Rang Amazon to be told nothing has been updated and my parcel won't be delivered today. The person on the phone last night has not instructed for re-deliver. Will be cancelling Amazon tonight they are useless.”
