“It's an utter disgrace how Amazon's next day delivery service is now taking 2x days. Why should we (their customer's) have to wait longer when we have already funded the increased cost in their services? If there was an alternative to Amazon, I'd cancel my account immediately.”

“Jeff’s company has eaten my money. I returned 3 products using one of their authorised paypoint agent. 2 out of 3 products didn’t reach back to amazon and I cannot do anything about this. Sent planty of emails and wasted so much time over the phone. Customer service has gone from best to sh**e. They even put phone down on your face. Their delivery drivers don’t bother to go to flats door to deliver parcel and instead leave them in communal areas, resulting in parcels being missing/stolen all the time. I ve given up and cancelled my prime membership and soon completely deleting my account. Bye bye Amazon”

“Amazon works very well for me. Fast deliveries. Need to keep an eye on the quality, as there are lots of new brands there and it is harder to find the "traditional" brands now.”
