“I use Amazon for all things large or small, they are generally so competitively priced on all manner of things that I don't need to look elsewhere and I can find virtually anything that I want on the Amazon site. I guess my only gripe is that I have to pay a delivery charge which on times can be expensive for the item ordered in fact on a few occasions the delivery charge was more than the product hence i cancelled the order or didn't continue with purchase.”

“I wanted a pasta flour to try out our Phillips machine for raviolli. The delivery date made me hesitate to order as I was anxious. Surprise! The flour arrived 2 days early making my day! Thanks, Amazon for the great service.”

“Amazon has always shipped on time and when possible will ship sooner then they first predicted. Best of all they have the most friendly and helpful customer care staff who never make you feel like a nuisance when you have to make a return or on the rare occasion I have received the wrong item or no item at all, at then replacing the item immediately with no fuss or extra cost.”
