“My prime day order as a prime customer, was not delivered, it's delayed and maybe will arrive in 5 days time, for what I'm a prime customer then, and for what are you promoting prime day”

“I buy from Amazon regularly and yet again they have proved their worth. I bought an indoor tv ariel which simply didn't work. I had the return sorted in minutes and my money back within a couple of days. Excellent customer service.”

“As a family we find shopping with Amazon to be a pleasurable experience as they are very competitive with their prices and often offer free next day delivery on many of the goods they sell. Overall we are very satisfied with their level of customer service agents, which are easy to get hold of when there's a problem. At no point to date, have I or any of my family members had a bad experience with them.”

“They are difficult to avoid. And if a price looks better somewhere else, if you are a Prime member, the delivery charges tip it back in Amazons favour. And delivery is always quicker than they say.”

“Amazon is an excellent company with exceptionally fast delivery and amazingly great prices. Customer services are easy to contact via their online chat service, should you need to and any issues are resolved efficiently. Amazon really are the most customer centric company in the world. It's very rare I buy from other online companies.”
