“I’m fed up with scam calls supposedly from Amazon saying money has been taken from my bank account I block them every time but I have at least 3 scam Calls a day the money that Amazon Makes surely something can be done about this it’s absolutely disgusting”

“Big scammers with taking money second time from my account, without any permission, than returning it after 5-7 days. Who gives you right to take money second time, when it is already payed.”

“Disgracefull company, no regard for customer whatsoever AVOID this company at all costs they take your money and then give you lame excuses after lame excuses for why your goods are late or not what you otdeted and in one chat the customer support agent ran away from our chat DISGUSTING”

“I returned a phone back to Amazon UK. I had proof of posting. Amazon UK claimed they received the box and accessories but no phone. The Post Office weighed the return at 585grams. I have the proof of return. An empty box as Amazon claims they received weighs about 150 grams. I am a trustworthy, honest professional man yet Amazon UK won't enter any dialogue with me except to say return the phone. I did return the phone . Something seriously has happened at the returns end at Amazon UK but they won't investigate nor of course refund my money. I am thoroughly upset that this company that I've been loyal towards for many years treated my like a common thief. I've never experienced such negative Customer Service from a major company then I have with Amazon UK.”

“I have had a relatively positive experience but there had been times when my items were misplaced especially when requested to ship them abroad to friends and family. Having said that, on the whole a satisfactory service but there is a room for improvement.”

“A warning to all U.K. consumers. Do not purchase products from Amazon.co.uk unless you are certain that you purchase from “real” British businesses. The “invasion” of U.K’s retail industry began since 2012, as of 2021 there are more than 60,000 foreign businesses operating and selling to the British public. The products they offer on Amazon fundamentally breach British safety standards, all these sellers operate under the “umbrella” of Amazon.co.uk and eBay These foreign sellers pay Amazon.co.uk and eBay up to or more than 17% of their sales, this is an enormous income for Amazon.co.uk and eBay, actually this is the main Amazon income and is the seller fees who made Amazon and Jeff Bezos the richest man.... Amazon does not care of your safety, so please care for your self, purchase from real British businesses, or learn the hard way.”

“Used to have Prime. When I cancelled online, it stated everything went through ok. Then still got charged. Had to download the app, to contact a real person. Who did resolve it. But it was an inconvenience. I then had to uninstall the app, as Amazon doesn't understand that I want to buy items in the U.K & U.S.A. I have to visit each site separately to get the full range, with relevant costings. Prime also only works in the country of origin only. So I couldn't use it in the U.S.A or vice versa. Generally a poor level of customer satisfaction.”
