“I ordered a Hotpoint dishwasher on a Sunday night and it was delivered undamaged by extremely helpful delivery driver and co driver on the Thursday. They phoned in advance to ensure someone was available to take delivery of it. The price was very reasonable for the quality of the machine. The dishwasher is great and practically runs silently and was easy to install. I genuinely could not fault this purchase from ordering to delivery.”

“Have had no problems ordering my freezer on line , ordered on a Sunday and next delivery day was Friday not convenient so choose following Monday . Had emails saying when dispatched, who was delivering and then day before the time slot was sent. Delivery guys were on time and very polite”

“I needed a 70/30 Fridge Freezer that had to fit into a space that was 167mm high. I looked everywhere and this was the only one I found but it came to be perfect, lovely big fridge and 2 drawers for the freezer which is just perfect, the silver exterior is great also. Also love the bottle rack as they are always tricky on shelves.”

“I wanted a new Belling gas double oven and hob for a plumber to fit in a couple of days. Appliances Direct were able to deliver my order in less than 24 hours ( I did pay extra for this) I was impressed with the speed of delivery 0940 in the morning ready for my Gas safe engineer to install. Both items recieved were well packaged and in perfect condition. There was good Email confirmation of order and delivery information, the delivery driver contacted me 30 mins before arriving at my property. This is the first time I have used Appliances Direct I would use them again.”

“Ordering was easy and although my items was delivered separately it was quick and I was kept informed via email. I made enquiries and customer services was efficient and quick and checked my order and gave feedback. Items are of good quality and thus far seems to work as described.
