“My first induction hob was faulty and Appliances Direct arranged a replacement to be sent within three days of fist contact. Replacement working well and a very good service from start to finish. Communication was excellent which matters hugely.”

“Very impressed, quick and efficient service, can't fault them. Ordered a food mixer on the Wednesday and received by Friday, couldn't believe it, considering I live in the Isle of Man. Good price as well, didn't find any cheaper, bargain. Obviously a well organized company, what a team. Rob”

“Great price for the induction hob i bought. It came as planned, installed now and working perfectly. They called between order and delivery to make sure i understood delivery arrangements, tried to flog me an after service package which i didn't want but they weren't pushy. Overall very happy and would use again without hesitation.”
