“I was looking for a silver fridge freezer with an good energy efficient rating under £300 .. not an easy task - but appliances direct had what I was looking for and payment was secure through PayPal and delivered on a day of my choice -winner winner chicken dinner - thank you appliances direct”

“I ordered a cooker hood at a very competitive price and was pleased I was going to pay a cheaper price than any other I found and it said quite Clearly that the price was the "grand total" so when I went to the checkout where it was further asking me for another £9.99 delivery or more if I wanted a next day delivery. Therefore this was NOT the grand total, it was the sub total or the total excluding delivery. This is misdescriptions, some people would have probably gone through with the their purchase without realising the add on. I phoned the company and a very helpful gentleman sorted a compromise for me, which is fine but it is misleading. The hood is exactly what I wanted but not fitted yet but I'm sure it will be fine and I am happy with the product. I would recommend this company but look out for the delivery charge.”

“Fantastic service yet again. Ordered a new dehumidifier due to my ancient one finally giving up. Wanted a decent sized compressor one and after much hunting around settled on a couple of Makes/Models. Appliance direct had the best price so placed the order early afternoon on the Tuesday, selecting Standard delivery which was within the next 6 days. & hours later I received an email stating it had been dispatched and would be delivered the next day. Arrived in under 24 hours of placing the order.”
