“Ordered Delongi oil radiator, unfortunately first one arrived damaged, but after ringing appliances Direct they arranged collection and re delivery of replacement within a day . All before Christmas. Fantastic Service 👏”

“Very good service,apart from delivery from dpd and paying next day delivery but supplier said they would refund me as dpd didn't deliver next day,rang customer service was very long winded and hard to understand person i was speaking too,but i great appliance with no problems,i would recommend”

“So despite a fair few emails letting me know that there was a delay with my order I am still giving full marks. I really really appreciated being kept in the loop with my order and my most recent communications stayed it would be delivered on 20th December only for it arrive on 15th December. The dehumidifier is brilliant and the customer service was top notch as well. Thank you.”

“Not really as described. I ordered a washing machine described as Grade A, refurbished, as it was considerably cheaper than the normal retail price. The description also said that refurbished models could be noisier than new machines. When it arrived, it seemed to be completely brand new, in unopened packaging and in absolutely perfect condition. Once installed, it's also far quieter than any washing machine I've ever owned, even on a 1600rpm spin. So much better than I was expecting and at almost 40% below retail price. Delivery driver even managed to get down a slope that's currently covered in a sheet of ice to deliver it.”
