“Good product, fairly priced - overall good experience. Only comment would be that the delivery drivers didn't call ahead 30 minutes before their arrival (as I was informed they would do) so I nearly missed them, but luckily I was only 10 minutes from home at the time.”

“Ordered a microwave ,next day delivery at £9.99 which was fine I was happy to pay that as the product I bought was cheaper than anywhere else I could find. However, the courier would not leave it unless I was there to sign for it, nor would they re-direct it leave it with a neighbour or any other option normally available. Why was this the directive of the the company? The only way I could receive my delivery was to wait two days until the weekend when I was not working and pay a further £4.99. I was not happy and write an email to Appliances Direct to say they needed to make it clear on their website if that was the case, or change there courier DPD as they were ripping of their customers. I was just having a rant really and did not expect any reply or action. Appliances Direct refund the the £9.99 I had paid to them, I did not expect or request this. I think this was excellent customer service and will definitely be buying from them again, they upheld there end it was the delivery company I had the issues really. Product would had arrived on time, in good condition and at an excellent price. All in all would recommend this company.”

“Easy site to order from, you can have a chat online with a customer service person. I found that more reassuring so ordered that way. The take away and recycle and connect your new washer meant no problems for us. We ordered an indesit innex washer with a one button push & go feature, worth the money just so even my husband can do the washing when I’m not there. I was reassured that the company kept in contact with us. They don’t just deliver and forget you like some companies. They are ready to talk to if you have any follow up questions. That’s the reason for the 5 stars.”

“Ordered a A1 refurbished Neff double oven. Arrived on notified time with polite delivery guys. Unit came wrapped in some sort of tubular air cuff with padded cardboard base and top cap. I closely Inspected the oven with a bright torch and found it to be perfect apart from a few finger print marks on the stainless steel. I would certainly recommend them.”
