“Very competitive pricing and excellent processing of my order which was delivered within days made me very satisfied with Appliences Direct. The Ring doorbell is an amazing device not only adding to the security of my home but allowing me to speak to visitors at my door even if away from home at the time. The quality of the product is very high the designers have really thought through the packaging installation and linking. I am very pleased with the whole experience.”

“Very helpful staff, especially Jonathan. We had a fan problem with the Zanussi oven we bought, but when I phoned to explain I was given a freephone number for Zanussi, who quickly sent an engineer to repair it - it was just a loose wire.”

“Found Appliance Direct after an online search to replace my old CDA oven and I'm so glad I did. Not only is the website easy to navigate but their customer service is second to none. “After trying several other retailer who could not say when my choice of cooker would be available Appliance direct promised delivery at my requested date and delivered on time. The delivery men also helped to unpack and place conveniently to the connection point ready for the gas safe engineer to connect as it was VERY heavy for one person. Well done Appliance direct.”

“Don’t have to struggle doing my washing up now.And could I ask you to check something for me I payed for fitting and when the men come waste pipe was to short so could not fit do I get a refund thanks”

“The purchase was quick and easy to buy. The delivery was also quick ordered on Friday delivered on the Tuesday. The air Conditioning Unit was very reasonable and easy to use and very efficient. I recommended a friend but you had run out.”
